Our residential subdivision design goal is to work with the land to create a subdivision that fits the natural shape of the development area. Recently, gated communities have become popular in the Greene County area, and we have worked with local developers and gate manufacturers to create functional designs that blend with the overall subdivision design concept.

South Fork  Greene County South Fork Third Addition was designed to allow the main street to follow the natural curvature of the adjacent valley with sufficient space at the end for construction of a swimming pool and storm water management facility.

Ironbridge Circle Gated Entry Springfield Ironbridge Subdivision included a gated community with two controlled access entries for traffic leaving Lakewood Street. The Ironbridge Circle gated entry was designed with separate entry lanes for guests and residents and a turn-around area for vehicles not entering the gated area.

St. Andrews Club Gated Entry Greene County The St. Andrews Club entry in Millwood Subdivision included sufficient space for a security building within the center island.
