Farmer Branch Sanitary Trunk Sewer Greene County The provision of sanitary sewer service for the Millwood Subdivision in Greene County required the design of a temporary sewage pumping station and a 36-inch diameter gravity trunk sewer to transport sewage to the City of Springfield's wastewater treatment plant. The Farmer Branch / Hunt Branch trunk sewer was designed with sufficient capacity for a developing area and with materials selected to protect against acid damage to the trunk sewer.
